As the CRO, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. You will be responsible for strategic planning, product development, marketing, branding, and partnerships to achieve our business goals.
A day in the life:
– Build and execute the corporate strategic plan and develop additional plans.
– Ensure performance, strategy, and alignment for the company.
– Drive business growth across all customer segments and improve strategy and customer experience.
– Help maximize reach and efficiency by adding new, scalable partners strategically.
– Construct and foster creative teams committed to the culture of innovation.
– Monitor the revenue pipeline and leads, adjusting strategies for sustainable growth.
Responsibilities:
– Analyze opportunities and provide competitive strategies and tactics.
– Stay connected with customers to integrate their needs into product development and enhancement cycles.
– Collaborate with the executive team on messaging, pricing strategies, and business models.
– Identify and resolve issues across marketing, sales, and account management teams.
– Participate in contract negotiations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
– 10+ years in diverse leadership roles, driving revenue growth.
– Proven track record of growing revenue in a startup environment.
– Significant experience in general management and P&L supervision.
– Ability to craft and execute business strategy effectively.
– Experience in making decisions based on business metrics.
– Inspirational leadership style and hands-on approach.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
– Strong technical experience with Hubspot and other business productivity tools.
– 10+ years of strong sales experience.
